Clearances are required for anyone who wants to be a volunteer in the school in
any capacity.   (Cafeteria volunteers, classroom mystery readers, coaches, etc.)

     PA State Police Criminal Clearance (Form to send in)

     If you registered in the database after 12-01-08 then you do not have to apply for a         
     criminal clearance. Please contact the school office for a copy of this clearance for your
     files.

     PA Child Abuse Clearance
     If you registered in the database after 12-01-08 then please contact the school office    
     and we will print a partially completed application form. You will need to complete this
     form and submit it with a copy of your criminal clearance and a $10.00 money order to
     the state.

     Code of Pastoral Conduct
     These are available in the school office and must be read, signed and the back page      
      returned for our files.
